He ran a smoothly working, professional tennis program through changes of club management, emphasis and de-emphasis of tennis, and changes of club operating philosopy. He has managed and mastered all aspects of tennis management: Facility operation, maintenance, programing, staffing, and facility expansion, including the building of a first class, four court indoor structure and tennis/fitness complex. He's the founder of Country Club Tennis Solutions, and the primary consultant. In 35 years, he's seen almost every challenge that a tennis professional can face!
